fall 2022: high impact

With the hope that spring 2022 will bring a much-needed return to optimism, joy, and aspiration, the following season is expected to have only stronger expressions of positivity, as we continue to move further from the trauma and aftermath of a global pandemic. 

A return to sparkle and being “seen” continues through fall, but in these months, the stage is set not just for excess, but a careful consideration of all we have missed. Major thematic concepts, inspired by nostalgia and the desire to re-visit what we lost - or perhaps, a desire to reconnect with what we may not have valued enough pre-pandemic - ask us to consider chaos versus structure, exploration versus stillness, and opulence versus expression.  

All things considered, the most operative word of the season may be “re-imagined;” that what is may not be what we thought it would look like, but is where we are and where we are going.
